Ziraat Bank has a management structure in place that approaches economic, environmental and social factors in a strategic and holistic framework and which aims to create long-term value.

Evaluating corporate sustainability from a strategic and integrated perspective, the sustainability strategy and road map structured under the Board of Directors at Ziraat Bank has been implemented within the framework of a simple and effective organization.

Sustainability policies at the Bank are developed, planned, implemented and overseen by the Sustainability Committee, which was established in March 2023 and operates under the chairmanship of a Board Member.

Although the Sustainability Committee was newly established, it convened twice in 2023 and made two decisions.

Activities related to sustainability are coordinated by the Bank’s Project Finance and Sustainability Department. In addition, persons authorized in the field of sustainability in all units of the Bank have been selected and included in the process.
