State Supported Agricultural Insurance

Producers registered on the Farmers Registration System maintained by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry under the auspices of Agricultural Insurance Law No. 5363 dated June 14, 2006, may benefit from this agricultural insurance product. Information on the provisions that agricultural insurance agreements will be subject to pursuant to the above law, may be found at the Agricultural Insurance Pool website (www.tarsim.org.tr).

50% of insurance premiums for insurance policies taken out under TARSIM will be paid by the state.

Features

Within the scope of State Supported Agricultural Insurance,

• For Crop Produce Insurance, 25% of the premium payable by the holder is paid in advance, with the rest collected at harvest end at the latest (Advance payments are not payable for policies taken out with our bank.)
• For Greenhouse Insurance, 10% of the premium payable by the holder is paid in advance, with the rest collected at the end of a specified term.
• For Animal Life, Poultry Animals, and Aquaculture Products Insurance, 25% of the premium payable by the holder is paid in advance, with the rest collected in at most 5 installments.
