With our package offering many advantages for both tenants and landlords, benefit from many banking services with advantageous conditions.

Features

• Rent must be paid through our bank to qualify to benefit from the package.

For Tenants;

• Account Maintenance Fees are not charged on accounts used to pay rent.
• Rent and caretaking expenses paid for by direct debit are not subject to charges.
• Charges are not made on money transfer transactions made through the Internet or Telephone Banking (except for Central Bank EFT Message Tariffs).
• Notification is provided to the tenant by text message if there are insufficient funds to complete the direct debit.

For Landlords:

• Account Maintenance Fees are not charged on accounts used to receive rent.
• Cash Payment Commission is not charged on bank transfer / EFT transactions pertaining to rent payments.
• Customers who have received at least one rent payment in their rent collection account can benefit from the same discounted interest rates provided for bank retirees / employees on Consumer Loans and Overdraft Current Accounts.
• It is in the discretion of loan committees to grant an Overdraft Current Account limit of up to one month's rent payment (maximum 1,000 TL), or consumer loans of up to ten times the total monthly rent collected through our bank, with an upper limit of 10,000 TL and installments spread over its term of no more than 75% of monthly rent revenue, and requiring no collateral whatsoever.
• The landlord is notified that rent has been deposited by text message.
