In order to increase the number of houses with high energy efficiency in country, Ziraat offers a special advantageous loan for houses with Energy Identity Certificate.

Features

  • It is used within the scope of financing the houses with Energy Efficiency Certificate (EKB) and energy performance A and B class.
  • Can use loans up to 90% of the expert value for residences with an expert value of 500,000 TL or less, and up to 80% of the expert value for houses with an expert value of over 500,000 TL, with terms up to 120 months.
  • Mortgage is established on the real estate subject to the loan. Additional collateral may be requested if deemed necessary.
