Making an Application for a Card
You may come to our nearest Branch to apply for a card.
At our Branch, you may complete your application without needing an additional document.
You may immediately receive your Genç Bankkart without needing to go to our branch again.
Enabling the Credit Card Feature
When you receive your Bankkart Genç from our Branch you may also apply for the credit card feature.
The result of your application shall be notified to you by a SMS.
After the approval SMS you first have to realize a transaction with your pin at our Bank's ATM then by inserting your card again to the ATM you have to select credit card from the menu which is displayed. Thus, your card's credit card feature shall be enabled.
Shopping
Your card is valid at all establishments which accept MasterCard throughout the world!
After enabling the credit card feature, you may select your bank card or credit card as you wish for shopping at the POS which are available at the stores. When you do this do not forget to indicate your selection to the store's representative during payment!
