To deposit your gold into our Bank's gold account, go to the nearest AVAS Authorized Dealer;
- Sign the customer information form.
- Confirm to start the process with the SMS password from the system.
- Confirm that the transactions are made with your knowledge using the SMS password from our bank.
- When you deliver your gold to the AVAS Dealar official, the appraisal will be done under camera recording.
- If you agree with the authorized person, your gold will be transferred to our Bank's account with the SMS confirmation code from the system. In addition, an informative message stating that your transactions have been completed will be sent from our Bank.
- Sign the delivery receipt report produced by the system and get a copy thereof.

How to Make a Gold Deposit Through AVAS?
- First of all, you need to open a Gold Demand Deposit Account at our Bank.
- Go to the nearest AVAS Authorized Dealer with your physical gold.
- The Authorized Delaer will determine the value of your gold, which will not be less than the minimum gold fineness values to be used in the Scrap Gold Valuation determined by the BRSA.
- The equivalent in Turkish lira of your gold will be notified by the Authorized Jeweler at the conversion price announced by the CBRT at the time of the transaction.
- If you agree, your Currency-Protected Deposit Account in TRY converted from Physical Gold will be automatically opened with the SMS confirmation code sent to your mobile phone.
How to Make a Quarter Gold Coin Account Through AVAS?
- First of all, you need to open a Quarter Gold Coin Account at our Bank.
- Go to the nearest AVAS Authorized Dealer with your physical gold.
- Sign the customer information form.
- Confirm to start the process with the SMS password from the system.
- Confirm that the transactions are made with your knowledge using the SMS password from our bank.
- When you deliver your gold to the AVAS Dealar official, the appraisal will be done under camera recording.
- If you agree with the authorized person, your gold will be transferred to our Bank's account with the SMS confirmation code from the system. In addition, an informative message stating that your transactions have been completed will be sent from our Bank.

To deposit your gold into our Bank's gold account, go to the nearest Gold Valuation Point (ADN);
- Sign the customer information form.

- When you deliver your gold to the ADN official, the appraisal will be done under camera recording.

How to Make a Gold Deposit through NADİR METAL?
To deposit your gold into our Bank's gold account, go to the nearest Nadir Metal Jeweler;
- Read and sign the Information Form and LPPD (Law on Protection of Personal Data) Form.
- Confirm to start the process with the SMS password from the system.
- When you deliver your gold to the authorized person at Nadir Metal Jeweler, the appraisal process will be done under camera recording.
- If you agree with the authorized person, your gold will be transferred to our Bank's account with the SMS confirmation code from the system. In addition, an informative message stating that your transactions have been completed will be sent from our Bank.
- Sign the delivery receipt report produced by the system and get a copy thereof.

Pursuant to the provisions of the "Regulation on Deposits and Participation Funds Subject to Insurance and Premiums to be Collected by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund", published in the Official Gazette no. 32399 of 14.12.2023; the aggregate of the principal amount and interest rediscounts of savings deposit accounts denominated in Turkish Lira, a foreign currency, or a precious metal, which have been established with the domestic branches of a credit institution operating in Turkiye in the name of real persons and which are not subject to commercial transactions other than issuance of a cheque are under insurance protection up to 650 thousand Turkish Liras.
