WHAT IS THE EASY ADDRESSING SYSTEM?
The Easy Addressing System is a service that can be used in EFT, money order, Instant and Continuous Transfer of Funds (FAST) transactions, and allows to match the account number or IBAN with an easily remembered personal information.
HOW TO MAKE EASY ADDRESSING?
From Internet Banking or Ziraat Mobile
You can easily determine Easy Addressing by following the steps of Money Transfers -> My Easy Addresses.
Under "My Easy Addresses" screen, you can access your easy addresses and also you can delete or update them
Which information can I determine as my "Easy Address"?
You can determine your mobile phone number, e-mail address, Turkish Republic Identification Number/ tax identification number / foreign identification number or passport number information to your account as your "Easy Address".
How does account matching work in Easy Addresses?.
You can determine different easy addresses to the same account or different accounts, but you cannot match one easy address information to more than one account.
Can I determine another bank IBAN?
From Internet Banking or Ziraat Mobile you can only determine Easy Address for your Ziraat Bank accounts by following the steps of Money Transfers> My Easy Addresses
Between which hours does the Easy Addressing System work?
You can determine an Easy Address to your account during working hours from our branches, 7 days 24 hours via Internet Banking and Ziraat Mobile.
Is there a transaction fee for "Easy Address Definition"?
No transaction fee will be charged for this transaction at our bank, you can easily determine your accounts free of charge.
Can "Easy Addressing" be done for corporate customer accounts?.
The matching of accounts with easy addresses has been offered to all our customers, regardless of individual / corporate distinction, from branches, Internet Banking and Ziraat Mobile.
I want to determine my easy address (for example my mobile phone number) for my accounts in two different banks, what should I do?
You cannot match one easy address to more than one account. The last account you have matched with the easy address will be valid. So, with your last match, the previous one will expire.
